The terms that govern use of the Qzentra website and its project inquiry form.
These terms govern the use of the website at qzentra.com, which is operated by Qzentra. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Work Qzentra does for a client is governed by the proposal and agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page.
What this site is
The site describes Qzentra’s services, approach and selected work, and offers a project inquiry form and a public email address for starting a conversation. Nothing on the site is a proposal, a quotation, or an offer capable of acceptance. An engagement begins only when both sides sign an agreement for it.
Using the site
You may browse the site and contact us through the inquiry form or by email. You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights
- submit false, misleading or malicious information through the inquiry form, or another person’s personal information without their knowledge
- probe, scan or test the site’s security, or attempt to disrupt or overload it
- copy the site at a volume, or in a way, that interferes with it for other visitors
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, visuals and underlying code belong to Qzentra or its licensors. Case studies describe work done for clients; client names, marks and products belong to their owners and appear only as a factual record of that work.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not republish it, redistribute it, or create derivative works from it without written permission.
General information, not advice
Content on the site is general information about engineering services. It is not technical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without advice specific to your situation.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but its content may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of it.
Third-party services and links
The site is delivered through service providers, such as its hosting and email providers, which operate under their own terms. Where the site links to another website, that site’s own terms and policies apply; Qzentra does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites.
Liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Qzentra excludes warranties about the site and is not liable for any loss arising from using it, relying on it, or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing law
Qzentra is an engineering team based in Pakistan working with clients globally. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
This page is updated when the site or these terms change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision, and using the site after a revision accepts the updated terms.
