Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the website at qzentra.com does with information, and it is written to match what the site actually does. The site is operated by Qzentra.

We use information you send through the project inquiry form or by email to review and respond to your request. The site runs no analytics, advertising trackers or chat widget.

01Information you send us

You can use the project inquiry form or write to info@qzentra.com. The form collects your name, email address, project type and message. Company, budget and timeline are optional. Please do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive personal information.

To prevent abuse, the server checks a signed form token and a hidden spam field, and limits submissions using a keyed hash of the network address. Operational logs record request identifiers and delivery or validation outcomes, not message contents or email addresses. Rate-limit and token-use records expire automatically.

02Why we process it

We use what you send to review and respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to prepare for that engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share the information for advertising.

03Service providers

Form inquiries are delivered to the Qzentra mailbox through Resend. Resend processes the submitted fields to deliver that email, and the mailbox provider receives and stores it. When configured, Upstash Redis stores expiring rate-limit counters and token-use records; it does not receive your message contents. Email sent directly is handled by your email provider and the Qzentra mailbox provider.

No customer-relationship system, analytics service, advertising network, chat widget, or scheduling tool is connected to this site.

04Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider handles the network requests that serve the site and may keep its own operational logs, such as request logs, under its own terms.

05How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the conversation, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for that.

06Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and other security headers. Form submissions are validated on the server. Delivery credentials stay on the server and are not exposed to the browser.

07Where processing happens

Qzentra is an engineering team based in Pakistan working with clients globally. Information you send may therefore be read and stored in Pakistan and wherever the hosting and email providers described above operate.

08Your choices and how to contact us

You can ask us what we hold from your correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@qzentra.com and we will respond by email.

09Cookies, storage, and analytics

This site sets one cookie, and only if you switch it to light mode: a cookie named “theme” that holds the word “light”, so the site opens in the mode you chose. It lasts 180 days, contains nothing that identifies you, is not shared, and is removed when you switch back to dark mode. The site stores nothing else in your browser. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no social-media embeds. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and the site’s security policy will list the service explicitly.

10Changes to this policy

This page is updated whenever the site’s behaviour changes, and before any form or other way of collecting information is added to the site. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.
