What the Qzentra website does with information, and what it does not collect.
This policy describes what the website at qzentra.com does with information, and it is written to match what the site actually does. The site is operated by Qzentra.
In short: the site has no forms and collects nothing from its visitors. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, no chat widget, and no third-party scripts. If you write to us by email, we use what you send to respond to you.
Information you send us by email
To discuss a project, you write to info@qzentra.com from your own email account. We receive what you choose to include, usually your name, your email address, and a description of what you are trying to build or improve.
The site itself accepts no submissions: it has no form, account, or upload, and its own code records nothing about your visit. The hosting provider’s operational logs are described below.
Why we process it
We use what you send to review and respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to prepare for that engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share the information for advertising.
Service providers
Email you send is received and stored by the service that hosts the Qzentra mailbox, under its own terms.
No customer-relationship system, analytics service, advertising network, chat widget, or scheduling tool is connected to this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider handles the network requests that serve the site and may keep its own operational logs, such as request logs, under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the conversation, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for that.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and other security headers. It accepts no submissions and stores no information about its visitors.
Where processing happens
Qzentra is an engineering team based in Pakistan working with clients globally. Information you send may therefore be read and stored in Pakistan and wherever the hosting and email providers described above operate.
Your choices and how to contact us
You can ask us what we hold from your correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@qzentra.com and we will respond by email.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no social-media embeds. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and the site’s security policy will list the service explicitly.
Changes to this policy
This page is updated whenever the site’s behaviour changes, and before any form or other way of collecting information is added to the site. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.
